I'm Merve. My mission is to help leaders grow their business impact, build high trust, high performance teams, and advance their careers. I'm an ICF and EMCC accredited executive and business coach, a former Google leader, a sales and marketing professional, management consultant, a speaker, facilitator, and trainer, yoga and pilates teacher, a book worm, an avid international traveler, mother of two wonderful kids, and a lifelong learner.

MY STORY
My journey began in Istanbul, Turkey, where I was raised in a modest yet nurturing environment. From an early age, my parents instilled in me the core values of HARD WORK and unwavering DETERMINATION.
Their steadfast support, combined with the guidance of some remarkable educators, fueled my aspirations.
I HARBORED A DEEP DESIRE TO EXPLORE THE GLOBE, IMMERSE MYSELF IN DIVERSE CULTURES, AND UNEARTH THE TREASURES EACH COUNTRY HELD.
​Against all odds, I embarked on a life-changing venture to study in the United States, laying the foundation for a life filled with adventure and exploration. Since then, I've been extraordinarily fortunate to travel to over 40 countries and live in
6 different ones.
ALONG THIS INCREDIBLE JOURNEY, I'VE FORGED PROFOUND CONNECTIONS WITH INDIVIDUALS FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE, WEAVING TOGETHER A GLOBAL NETWORK THAT RESEMBLES A VIBRANT TAPESTRY OF CULTURES, IDEAS, AND PERSPECTIVES.
This included meeting my husband in Vienna, Austria during our Study Abroad year in college.

​Presently, I reside in Dublin, Ireland, with my husband and two wonderful children who continually remind me of the joys and challenges inherent in balancing personal and professional aspirations.
As to my educational background...
I pursued my undergraduate studies in International Relations and German Studies at Claremont McKenna College in California, USA.
Subsequently, I earned a degree in European Union Law at Istanbul's Bahcesehir University. After 5 years in consulting, I pursued an MBA at INSEAD, delving deeper into the realms of management consulting, digital marketing, and business development.

However, it was my profound connection with individuals on a personal level, helping them unlock their strengths, passions, and values, that illuminated my true calling. This realization led me to complete my executive coaching diploma at Kingstown College in Dublin, Ireland, ultimately achieving accreditation as an executive coach by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and ICF (International Coaching Foundation).
My professional journey...
I launched my professional journey as a management consultant in Istanbul. During my dynamic 5-year tenure in strategy consulting, I had the privilege of immersing myself in diverse industries, spanning energy, transportation, technology, and banking and finance.
Subsequently, I embarked on an enriching 10+ year journey at Google, where I held multifaceted roles in Ads Marketing, AdTech, Google Cloud, Partnerships, encompassing people management, sales leadership, and account management working as part of global teams and organizations in Dublin, Ireland.

In addition to my core roles, I also was a part of Google's G2G network of trainers and facilitators, leading courses such as Strengthfinder, True Colors, Influence and Teamwork, Fundamentals of Social Media, Google Sales Academy, and more.
​
From 2016 to 2020, I had great fun serving as a MENTOR AT GOOGLE FOR STARTUPS, extending my expertise to support budding European entrepreneurs.
​
My internal coaching and people management success garnered recognition with a 4.8/5 rating and prestigious accolades, including the "Top Manager Award," "Culture Ambassador Award," "Best Leader Award," and "Client Impact Award."
My mojo....
But I don't stop at professional development alone. As a firm believer in the mind-body connection, I embrace the transformative power of yoga
and pilates.
These practices ground me, allowing me to strike the delicate balance between work and wellness.
ROOTING TO RISE HAS BECOME MY GUIDING PRINCIPLE, REMINDING ME TO MAINTAIN A STRONG FOUNDATION IN ORDER TO GROW, EXPAND, AND FLOURISH.
With a Yoga Alliance accredited 200HR yoga teacher diploma and extensive training in Eastern philosophies, as well as a Pilates Teacher Certification I bring the physical and mind-body connection work cultivated through my yoga and pilates practice into the coaching space.

I'm an avid international traveler, always seeking to broaden my perspectives and immerse myself in the rich nourishment of global cultures. I'm also a self-proclaimed bookworm, devouring knowledge and inspiration from a wide range
of literary treasures.
