Each coaching session typically lasts 50 minutes. This duration allows us to dive deep into discussions and ensures we have ample time to explore various topics thoroughly. Session length can be adjusted based on your needs and the specific goals of our coaching engagement.

How many sessions do I need?

The number of sessions depends on your individual goals, the complexity of the challenges you are facing, and your progress. Most clients see significant benefits within 6 to 10 sessions. Many choose to continue with ongoing support over months and years to continue their growth and have ongoing access to a trusted advisor and accountability partner they can rely on.

What is your coaching style?

My coach-sultant style is straightforward, action-oriented, and infused with a sense of humor. I believe in building a strong, trust-based relationship with my clients, which allows for open and honest communication. My approach is flexible and collaborative, adapting to your personal style and the demands of your situation to provide support where it's most needed.

How do we meet for our sessions?

Coaching sessions can be conducted in person or via Zoom, depending on your location and preference. Most clients prefer the convenience of video sessions, which allow for a personal connection and flexibility.
